A pleasant winstub in the town center, popular with locals and tourists alike. The room is full on weekends, and the tartes flambées (flambéed tarts) come thick and fast, with a slight preference for munster. The dishes are also regional, in a butchery and offal tradition that's holding up well: a good black pudding, presskopf, pork cheeks, in the same quality as a friendly regional table.
