Gourmet Restaurant Waly Fay offers a true voyage of the senses, to discover and rediscover the flavors of African cuisine just a stone's throw from Charonne. With its open kitchen and tightly-spaced tables, the atmosphere immediately sets a spirit of sharing and openness, which is then translated into contemporary-style dishes: cod accras, Creole puddings, Ivory Coast aloco, okra brochettes, chicken maffé kandja, chicken yassa, Cameroon-style mussels, sweet potato mousse and bissap coulis.
