Mengin's second address in Nancy, the restaurant focuses its attention here on the cellar, one of the finest in the prefecture with nearly seven hundred references. The restaurant, housed in a 17th-century cellar, boasts a warm, historic setting, where wine is the common thread running through the cuisine, which is lighter and more relaxed than at Les Pissenlits. You can choose a few mâchons, before ordering a warm flaky toast with sweetbreads, morel mushroom sauce and rice pilaf, mashed potatoes, scallops and Nantes butter, or potato râpé, rump steak a la plancha and green pepper sauce.
