The brainchild of Noël Mantel (les 22, 13/20), this wine bar-restaurant is as interesting in the glass as it is on the plate, and deserves its chef's hat. You can nibble on quality products, such as foie gras en revioles, croque ris de veau grenobloise, magret bordelaise patate douce or cordon bleu à partager, with a selection of wines to discover. We end the day in good company with cheeses from Mons, tatin or dark chocolate fondant.
