Conveniently located halfway up this vast ramp, this restaurant has the local spirit and caters for all. Don't miss the Corsican menu at under €20, which covers the essentials with charcuterie or beignets, sautéed veal with olives, cannelloni with brocciu or tripettes. Young, friendly service and a pleasant sheltered terrace. The "assiette cortenaise", at €19, is a very pleasant meal.
