Gault&Millau's review 2025

A small, inexpensive address on the stone steps. You'll find a decent "Corsican menu" for €25, with charcuterie from Niolo, sautéed veal with olives and citron, wild boar stew "de Mémé" marinated for 72 hours, and sweet chestnut with chocolate sauce. The plate is rather neat, and the menu is clear and suitable for everyone.
