Good, authentic Corsican cuisine in an alleyway near the port. At Pascale's, everything exudes authenticity and the cuisine is respectful of its traditions: the charcuterie "de mon fils", the zucchini fritters, the cannelloni with brousse (in summer, otherwise with brocciu), the sautéed veal with olives all speak the truth, some of these dishes providing the pretext for a Corsican menu at €25.
