Close to campus, Olivier Briand attracts more than just students, bringing together offices from the surrounding area for a communion of relaxation and pleasure without the fuss. In the evening, only on Fridays to prepare for the weekend, at lunch it's tapas or a full menu at €27, in which the chef gives pride of place to local producers and his personal savoir-faire.
