Gault&Millau's review 2025

A small transalpine enclave just above the Lutetia arenas, led by the cheerful Lino, proud to pass on the taste and sunshine of his native Italy. The little bistro has a simple, friendly style, with wooden furniture and beautiful cut stone, and an authentic charm. On the menu: burratina with grilled asparagus and roasted hazelnuts, spaghetti with langoustines and asparagus, casareccia with pancetta, cream of fava beans and pecorino, pan-fried wild monkfish with rosemary and vegetables, caprese with chocolate sauce and caramelized hazelnuts. Italian cellar.
