Gourmet Restaurant A very elegant setting with open kitchen, counter, clean lines and monochrome tones, for Chinese cuisine treated with the same high spirit. Traditional recipes are presented with care, and you'll come back for dim sum (ravioli, bite-size pieces, crispy shrimp), scallop tartar with fresh mango, calamari sautéed with fresh chili, Kung Pao-style chicken strips, steamed plain coconut pearls.
