Gourmet Restaurant Right next to the train station, Susana and Thomas Lemaire have opened a lovely urban eatery where you can discover a well-crafted market cuisine, with carefully selected products. The place favors beautiful materials, such as light wood, glass and greenery, and deploys an ideal atmosphere in which to discover the plates. The Affaire menu is well-equipped, with Carpentras melon soup, watermelon and fresh goat's cheese, roasted fish of the day, eggplant au gratin with parmesan and sauce vierge, grilled organic Charolais beef, pommes grenaille en persillade, vanilla crème brûlée.
