Gault&Millau's review 2026

An unsurprising bistro, well placed on the Suquet ramp, and with the good taste not to overrun inflation, with its €36 menu that has risen by just one euro in a year. The service is therefore quite honest, in this typical atmosphere, for salmon tartar with citrus fruits or snails, baked lamb shoulder or fish and chips, panna cotta or lemon meringue pie.
