Gourmet Restaurant A neo-bistro, precisely formatted by professionals (the Le Vivier team), which will logically find its audience among the city dwellers on holiday in the Luberon who come to hunt for bargains in the city of antiques. Everything is well thought-out and executed in this sober, modern setting near the quays. Prices are pretty hefty, but the menu-card formula limits the cost to €38, avoiding nibbles and binchotan grills. At this price, the plates are adjusted, as if for a dînette: mackerel à la flamme, pork belly and sauerkraut (a little overcooked), pear and almond milk. The cellar is not badly constituted, the selection by the glass is small but undoubtedly sufficient for the place, and the young, smiling and motivated female service is the main asset.
