Gault&Millau's review 2026

Perched alone on its Puget hill above the city, this Sépia is a rare garden where the senses are also called upon: sight, smell, hearing, taste... We take advantage of this Provencal change of scenery in the heart of the city to admire the panorama, then to enjoy the plates of Paul Langlère, who confirms year after year the validity of his reputation. The €67 menu goes off without a hitch: a declination of oyster, grilled cebette, egg yolk confit with comté cheese, roasted cauliflower, hazelnut and blood orange, cuttlefish stew, iodized green juice and fried homemade bread, peach return, yellow turnip, shiitake and bone juice, or orange tart. Good service.
