Gault&Millau's review 2026

It's a veritable Provencal garden perched on Puget Hill, offering a breathtaking view of the Old Port and the city. The first stop is the bar, where you can sip a cocktail before settling down at Paul Langlère's table, who delivers a truly convincing Mediterranean cuisine, with solid traditional roots that project perfectly into the present. The cru-cuit of shrimp is the occasion for a beautiful rock fish soup vinaigrette, with marinated zucchini, all textures; the couscous-style monkfish marries the cultures of Marseille with great balance, with seasonal vegetables and the right seasoning, then the crackling cabbage, Greek yogurt ganache, salad and apricot nage with marjoram from the kitchen garden. Well-educated wine list, with a good selection of natural wines and great references.
