The second address in Le Castellet, also managed by Fabien Ferré, is of course more than a chef's bistro, and better than a brasserie. With charcoal-braised cooking, service that approaches that of a grand house, and plates carefully prepared with irreproachable products, it's a natural flirtation with the highest standards, in the bucolic surroundings of this vast golfing estate.
