Gourmet Restaurant In the beautiful cloister gardens or in the dining room, you can enjoy this light, contemporary cuisine, available from a menu that leaves you spoilt for choice: tuna crudo soba shiitake wakame, creamy avocado langoustine cannelloni, beef cheek compression carrot textures roasted coffee juice. The service is well-trained and efficient, the atmosphere pleasant, and the full €45 menu is fairly priced, with the thyme-infused chocolate parfait for dessert.
