Gault&Millau's review 2026

The Cloître is a charming inner-city hotel, just two minutes from the station. The "Cocottes" banner is a little popular, but the overall atmosphere is more refined, with tapas and small starters to share, croc and mac and cheese, burger and rack of Ventoux pork with butternut and bagna cauda sauce. Panna cotta or persimmon cuit-cru with rosemary, yogurt mousse and hibiscus conclude the menu. Les Cocottes menu at €33.
