A lovely place to relax in the green of Neudorf, near the lake. The charming dining room is extended by a sheltered terrace for sunny lunches; the two Christophe chefs do their best to stick to the house style, with refinement and modernity: pike-perch fish and chips with remoulade sauce, duck nems with pommes confites, scallops and potato stew with coconut cream and lemongrass, veal kidney casserole with old-fashioned mustard and spaetzle...
