Original Restaurant A house dating back to 1562 with historic charm, half-timbering, carved wood and small tiles. Today, it's the setting for a traditional winstub on a charming central square. The menu is straightforward, with well-crafted Alsatian classics to discover the region's heritage: tartes flambées, bouchées à la reine, braised pinot noir pork cheeks, pan-fried spaëtzles au gratin with tomme cheese and mushroom sauce, spiced sauerkraut, black forest with kirsch.
