A true institution in L’Estaque since 1950, Le Petit Naples was taken over in late 2025 by Élodie, a pizza chef who changed careers and comes from an Italian family. The young woman works alongside her family, supported by a small team, in a collaborative venture. She offers traditional Italian cuisine that’s hearty and seasonal. Here, the pasta is fresh, the pizzas are wood-fired, and the recipes are original: fusilli with basil pesto and burratina, tagliatelle with ricotta and lemon cream, cuttlefish with garlic and parsley, and more. A special mention goes to the Milanese cutlet, whose popularity explains why it’s “one of the few dishes that’s always on the menu,” the chef notes. Otherwise, the menu changes with every service: “We work with a chalkboard menu based on daily deliveries.” ” Élodie was determined to elevate the restaurant’s standards, and the quality certainly lives up to expectations: everything is made in-house using fresh, high-quality Italian ingredients, and the chef also cooks her meats and fish over a wood fire. Bonus: Every first Sunday of the month, Le Petit Naples welcomes you for an Italian-style brunch! Delicious! Follow the restaurant on Instagram (@lepetitnaples.marseille)
