Traditional “stove-top” cuisine whose rustic charm remains as appealing as ever, featuring hearty, regional dishes served in generous portions. The menu never changes, and neither do the regulars, who keep coming back for the rillette, the sausage, the lamb chops, the 5A andouillette, the mushroom omelet, the French toast-style brioche, and vanilla ice cream.
