Original Restaurant A fiery restaurant is advertised in the window of this good meat and tripe bistro, where all tastes are catered for, especially when they are frank and a bit ripailleur. We start with pâté de campagne, rillettes and, in a pinch, fillets of herring, before moving on to kidneys, andouillette, leg of lamb or entrecôte of respectable size. Good cuts are also to be found in the cellar, with Bouchard irancy, saint-nicolas or brouilly.
