"Rita et Albert" is France and Spain coming together for the pleasure of dishes made with local and Iberian products. Rita Albino Quintana, originally from the Canary Islands, officiates in the dining room, Albert Gasser in the kitchen with Florent, the pastry chef whose French toast is renowned... Pimientos de padron or grilled octopus, lomo served with bread and tomato, tuna tartare with ginger, onions and chilli, or calamari a la plancha, Spanish pigs take pride of place in all their forms, depending on the chef's inspiration, but you can also opt for the simple but good local veal chop or duck breast served with spiced mango. The food is good and the service pleasant.
