The village certainly offers a wide range of dining options, as evidenced by this table near the square, which compiles regional products with a worldly approach swinging between the Mediterranean, Asia, and more simply current fashion: with hummus and tortilla chips, chicken spring rolls, sashimi with ponzu sauce, black pudding in filo pastry raita pear curry, veggie risotto, Carros strawberries with vanilla tonka cream. In the end, this fusion is a lot of fun, and we're keeping our chef's hat this year.
