Here, you'll embark on a gourmet journey, guided by Sandra, a native of Vendée who has returned to her roots, and her husband Santoch, an Indian: a couple of experienced chefs who have worked in fine establishments in London, Provence and Lyon. Welcomed by Sandra, in the dining room or on the pretty, peaceful terrace, discover a classic menu for lunch, featuring well-worked dishes made from fresh, seasonal produce, with a choice of three starters, one fish or meat dish and three desserts, plus a few suggestions depending on what's available. In the evenings and at weekends, you'll be surprised by bistronomic cuisine inspired by fresh, local and seasonal produce, with creative accents. Spices from India and elsewhere and daring combinations surprise and delight the taste buds, while the subtle, meticulous presentation delights the eyes! As for beverages, the menu features not only local wines, but also those from other wine-growing regions of France, as well as a fine selection of draught and craft beers.
