Gault&Millau's review 2025

The setting is typical and well-kept, with wood panelling and paintings, and a variety of atmospheres, all picturesque depending on the room (vaulted cellar, winstub, veranda...). The menu makes no secret of its regional predilection, with locals happy to come just for the tarte flambée, and .la bouchée à la reine, choucroute or waedele are well-made and generous. Classic menu at €29, with a wide choice of traditional desserts.
