Gourmet Restaurant Benjamin Bourgoin follows in the footsteps of the late Jérôme Héraud, for whom he was second-in-command. The setting is peaceful and enchanting, and the food is of a high standard. Enjoy these bucolic surroundings with a classic Riviera menu: prawn ravioli with paprika, filet of sea bream plancha from an organic farm, free-range guinea fowl jus with foie gras. Good 3-course menu-card for €51, diligent service, cellar of reliable references (Sainte Roseline, La Martinette, Pibarnon... for the region).
