European Toque Blanche and Master Restaurateur in Lyon, Chef Nadir Kaced chose the countryside of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region to set up his restaurant. On the edge of the Creuse, at the center of the triangle linking Guéret, Montluçon and Clermont-Ferrand, Nadir has imagined this typically Parisian brasserie decorated with abstract, colorful paintings, in the image of his art. Burgers, roast Camembert and Creusois fondu are emblematic of his cuisine; but he also prepares, according to his inspiration and the weather, duck confit salads, two-salmon terrines, fine beef ribs and fish in sauce.
