Gourmet Restaurant A wise tradition and the classics of the time, that's what this restaurant is all about, true to its reputation. Among gourmets, we understand each other, and the plates are well-mannered, in a good-natured consensus: salmon gravlax with citrus fruits, snacked scallops with creamy parsnip polenta crisp, roast quail fillets with morel mushroom sauce, cardoon gratin, tonka crème brûlée with hazelnut crumble, in a €46 formula, taken from a large menu of yesterday and today.
