In this charming village in the Haut-Var region, Hugo Coste's restaurant pays homage to Provençal tradition, with classic, meticulously-crafted cuisine. The €47 menu is ideal for special family occasions, with pan-fried spelt and sot-l'y-laisse risotto, goat's cheese mousse and olive oil, low-temperature Arctic char, mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables, veal sweetbread with foie gras sauce, mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and onion tartlet, hazelnut and chocolate crunch.
