Gault&Millau's review 2025

The site is absolutely charming, close to the Vosges du Nord, on the banks of the Houillères de la Sarre canal. The brick facade hides nothing of the mansion's industrial past, and the restaurant, run by Jean-Yves Leroux, is beautifully decorated in a classic bourgeois style.
