On the banks of the Burgundy canal, right next to the Chassignelles lock, a cheerful place where evenings are often set to music, especially in summer, and where you'll appreciate not only the constant good humor, but also the Burgundian dishes prepared by the Brazilian-born chef. The idea is to use local produce and a tried-and-tested technique, delivering duck and veal kidneys without fail, filet mignon and gratin dauphinois, a gourmet red fruit pavlova, and regional vintages to accompany by the glass.
