Gault&Millau's review 2025

On the busiest square in town, the brasserie is a must, but one that takes its role seriously. A range of oysters (Gillardeau, Saint-Vaast...) and seafood, for fresh platters, salads and dishes to match the mood of the moment: moules marinières, burgers, entrecôte plancha, risotto... Desserts in the same spirit, with a modern theme (baba with champagne ratafia, chocolate mousse and caramelized hazelnuts, ice creams). Good service, with a weekly menu to add the day's suggestions.
