The Café de la Paix, the brasserie of the 4-star Best Western hotel, is a long-standing institution in Reims, having welcomed business diners and travelers for many years. A classic and reputable establishment, the restaurant offers a fine selection of traditional dishes: pâté en croûte, Charentais melon carpaccio, bell pepper sorbet, tomato and basil sorbet, turbot fillet with lemongrass sauce and seasonal vegetables, a delicate Champagne-style chicken with Reims vinegar and ratatouille, and a Breton shortbread tart with strawberries.
