This is a neo-bistro where you'll find organic ingredients, including wine, that's good and simple. A good start and an address to be encouraged, with its friendly parquet flooring, inviting atmosphere, and small plates of the moment: organic poached egg with watercress cream and parmesan crumble, Thai beef tartare, vegetarian mezze, praline tart. A good deal on the slate and a complete formula at €22.50 (roasted saint-marcellin, back of pollack with sauce vierge, chocolate fondant on this day).
