In the heart of the Puisaye region, this pretty restaurant with its ochre facade and blue shutters offers dishes from the Poyaudin region, skilfully revisited by chef Christophe Grenon, who combines expertise and precision. Pan-fried foie gras escalope with balsamic honey and duck jus. Oven-roasted lobster with bisque, low-temperature roasted veal deglazed with irancy, oven-roasted Racan squab... All good and beautiful. Well-constructed wine list and friendly service.
