This traditional inn in the middle of the village, with its half-timbering and typical Sologne brickwork, is superb. The well-thought-out decor adds to the festive spirit, and the Détente percheronne menu at €43 is a good treat with a rustic chic accent for fine weekends: poultry liver cake and foie gras with financial sauce, twisted fillet of sole and salmon fillet with sea urchin coral cream sauce, farmhouse chicken à la Dangeautine, Percheron apple raisin and honey French toast. Extensive menu, in the same vein, warm welcome in a family atmosphere for half a century.
