Selected To round out his Lebanese offering, Alan Geaam now offers a vegetarian version of his Qasti, with a 100% green menu. The menu includes traditional meatless mezzes and revisited versions, such as vine leaves and hummus, followed by baba ganoush, halloumi rolls, falafels, shawarma with tofu and mushrooms, celery, halloumi and mushrooms, and vegetarian meatballs with kefta spices, rice and lentils.
