This iconic restaurant, with its selection of caviar, Christian Dior egg, and fresh fish, continues to attract a loyal clientele. In an Art Deco setting, with a central gold counter that illuminates the dining room, guests settle comfortably onto a plush golden-yellow bench to explore the menu. A great lunch deal is the €48 set menu (appetizer + main course or main course + dessert): a crispy salmon pizzetta and a generously portioned skate wing with capers. For special occasions, a seafood-focused menu with higher prices: shellfish, raw or cooked fish, and, of course, house-made caviar. The staff is friendly, and the wine list—heavy on Burgundy and Bordeaux—can quickly drive up the bill.
