Chef's Restaurant And what if this restaurant under the Prunier banner (it was formerly called Prunier Traktir, after the street that runs alongside it and crosses Victor-Hugo), now run by Yannick Alléno, were the best plan in the neighborhood. In terms of convenience, quality and even price-pleasure ratio. At €68 for a lunch menu, and at this level of excellence (yellowtail sashimi, blanc de saint-pierre in celery broth...), the professionalism of the service and the comfortable, historic charm of the premises are even more appreciated. For connoisseurs, a little caviar, of course, Tarbouriech or xo de Normandie, whole fish by weight (line-caught sea bass at €16.50 per 100 g).
