Gault&Millau's review 2026

Right next to the Halles, but on a quiet street, this bistro makes an effort, both in terms of welcome and food, to lure customers away from the hustle and bustle. Whether you dine downstairs or upstairs, you'll enjoy the traditional recipes: egg mayo with zaatar, supions plancha chorizo, hummus with pine nuts and lemon confit. Then there's tartare au couteau, asparagus and scallop risotto, and skate wing with coconut lemongrass and eggplant curry. Contemporary desserts (pavlova, caramel beurre salé French toast), decent cellar.
