The house, in its now not-at-all-secret corner, a three-minute walk from Place de l'Horloge, is now at the forefront of local gastronomy. With a chef, Mathieu Desmarest, at the top of his form, imagination and technique, and above all an excellent captain who knows how to set the right tempo for his teams. On the plate, the chef indulges himself with hidden menus, cooking freely according to what's available, what's picked, what's in season, what's in the mood. It's a pleasure to watch him blossom, sharing his creative moments and modestly contributing to the success of the place. 60 and 120 € for lunch, 120 and 150 € for dinner.
