Podium, overlooking the Seine and near Beaugrenelle, is a lively bistro featuring live piano and singing. The venue is pleasant, with a retro vibe from the 1970s and 1980s. The lighting is perfect—both warm and intimate. The welcome is a bit cold, but the service is professional. The food is flawless but quite pricey, with a menu that has gone from €45 to €60 for a Périgord IGP foie gras—described by the server as “house-made”—followed by tuna tataki and a disappointing crispy French toast. The wine list is expensive and fairly standard. The disco ball lights up—along with the DJ—starting at 10:30 p.m.
