Anthony Lopez's successors, Daniel Dolciani and Lydie Murer, are working in the same vein: regional products and contemporary cuisine against a traditional backdrop, with a chef by trade. The location is ideal, opposite what's still known as the "new port", which must be around thirty years old, and on the classic holiday stroll. So you can trust the well-calibrated offering: marinated peppers, rabbit rillettes, octopus daube, herb-roasted lamb in spiced breadcrumbs and pommes grenailles...
