Chef's Restaurant This attractive restaurant proves, if proof were needed, that it's possible to offer top-of-the-range cuisine based on a tapas concept, in a brasserie spirit that's both sharing and convivial. Managed by the dream team of Fabien Lefebvre (MOF 2004), his wife Rachel (sommelier) and Julien Bousquet (chef), the establishment brings Mediterranean cuisine to life in a colorful, inventive and aesthetically pleasing setting, with a refined 50s spirit. On high chairs or in classic mode, you'll discover flavors you've either diverted or rediscovered: mackerel marinated in Camargue sake, seaweed tartar, mayo eggs and smoked eel, oysters with flambadou, lobster and shellfish bocadillo with sweet spices, kebab-style Catalan lamb, chocolate-caramel integral banana. Very fine cellar.
