Gourmet Restaurant It's the chic, canaille rendezvous of the resort center: the Pérard fishmongers offer their best products for this highly successful marine counter, on the terrace in summer, with oysters and seafood, simple, fresh dishes and quality ingredients: smoked salmon, lobster, shrimp croquettes, herring and ratfish fillets, whole fish (sea bass, turbot, sea bream...) and repertoire dishes, always carefully prepared (sole meunière, choucroute de mer, skate wing with capers...)....) and repertoire dishes, always carefully prepared (sole meunière, sea sauerkraut, skate wing with capers...).
