From small tapas-style starters (snacked razor clams, croquettes de cochon, stracciatella katsuobushi citron confit), to more substantial dishes, such as the travers de porc confit purée de carotte gingembre, the machine is in good order, right through to the vanilla and amarena cherry custard flan for a good time in a trendy bistro. The setting is as raw and uncluttered as it gets, the cocktails are on point, and there's organic and natural produce and orange wine in the cellar.
