The menu rotates every week, to keep up with the seasons and evolve according to your desires, from snacked chuck, smoked eggplant caviar, lemon confit and pine nuts, to saithe goujonnette, split peas, siphon marinière and shallots, or roasted pineapple, pistachio cream and Breton shortbread.
