Gourmet Restaurant A new Peixes sign, doubling up on the Rue de l'Opéra, and yet another success for Loïs Guenzati. Maybe not the same sharpness in the kitchen (some really average knives the other day), but the same sense of modernity in marine cuisine, ceviche and tatakis, in tried and tested recipes and a very welcoming setting (the tiling evokes azulejos) with its terrace, a veranda for the winter. Well-organized service and meticulous presentation (a lovely ceviche of sea bream with sweet potato purée, tuna tataki) at a logical price for this buoyant neighborhood.
