Gault&Millau's review 2026

Sandrine and Jean-Paul Lecroq, who previously worked at Château de La Caze and La Table de Sorgues, have opened this charming address between Vers-Pont-du-Gard and Uzès. It's an elegant Provençal house where the chef has condensed his experience into a colorful, traditional cuisine. His seasonal menu is a five-course affair, starting with tortellini with foie gras, mushrooms and truffles, followed by pike-perch back, crayfish tails and chard, Aveyron veal and the first asparagus, and ending with a clementine and praline crunch combination. Very friendly service.
