Gault&Millau's review 2026

This urban auberge, as imagined by the Rostang sisters, Caroline and Sophie, is certainly a far cry from the provincial counterparts we've come to love. Odette, housed on the first floor of a five-star hotel, offers a pretty decor, inspired by Christo's famous creations on the Pont-Neuf (in 1985), comfortable banquettes (with seats that are nevertheless a little low if you're not 1,80 m) and a menu that perfectly reflects the era, with grilled white asparagus and young egg confit, filet of beef a la plancha and grilled potatoes, and vacherin and fontainebleau with lemon, aloe vera and kiwi gel. Service is efficient but doesn't always seem to be fully involved. Good value for less than 30 euros for lunch on weekdays.
