Selected A good stop-off point in the city center, thanks to this everyday bistro that lives up to expectations with a large slate and an engaging, smiling welcome. Homemade dishes that reflect today's trends without neglecting tradition: sea bream tartar, serrano burrata, foie gras with Espelette pepper, knife-edged tartar with homemade fries, roast sea bass with fennel and chorizo, Spanish-style rice in the wide selection of the day. The dozen or so dishes are complemented by as many classic desserts, and the bill stays under €50.
