With her family and talented local craftsmen, Eloïse André has spent 3 years renovating this 1860 building, turning it into a place for sharing and living in a warm, soft and chic atmosphere, enhanced by antiques. O'Bel'O, creator of instincts and moments, brings together restaurant, reception room and lodges, where trends mix with the colors of the pebbles of the gave, inviting idleness in the heart of Béarn. The place was conceived and designed to receive guests. So we promise you'll be pampered! Passionate about fresh, local and seasonal produce, Eloïse and Chef Damien create a cuisine in their own image: generous, fresh and full of pep. Damien generously shares his passion, expresses his talent magnificently, offers his knowledge and lets his creativity come alive, all applied to each and every recipe he imagines. With his assured taste for excellence, his taste buds awakened to the subtle, his eye sharpened to the minute detail, he puts all his senses on alert to sublimate the products he selects.
