Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of the 12th arrondissement, a stone's throw from the bustling Aligre market and Gare de Lyon, Nous 4 exudes a convivial atmosphere. Despite a small team, service remains attentive and diligent, adding an appreciable sincerity to this table. In the kitchen, Stéphane Browne orchestrates a seasonal score, playing on promising combinations, sometimes in search of a little extra soul. But there are some fine successes, like this chocolate dessert, sublimated by an exquisitely light lemon whipped cream, which ends the meal on a note of finesse. The wine list, resolutely focused on French vineyards, offers a coherent, well-thought-out selection of classic wines. An accessible pleasure, supported by convincing value for money.
