Original Restaurant It may not be the ultimate Japanese cuisine experience, but in the heart of the old town, this little stall holds its own, a little above the basic sushi shop, with simple foods reminiscent of the Rising Sun: decent gyozas, basic hot miso soup, thinly sliced sushi, served with application, as you pass between the tightly packed tables in this small, slightly dark room.
