Gourmet Restaurant A rustic mill in the heart of the Mâcon countryside, to escape the world for a weekend. The hotel-restaurant run by Sarah and Joeri, originally from Ghent, offers a wide range of delights, including grilled quail, black angus carpaccio with truffle oil, grilled prawns, grilled lamb fillet skewer, Charolais entrecôte steak and crème brûlée. Very pleasant terrace.
